Shirt - H&M | Skirt - Target | Bag - Goodwill

I love a good basic. My wardrobe is split 50/50 between basics and stand out pieces. It makes it easier to take an outfit from boring to chic! I scored this ruffle skirt from the Target clearance section for $8! It fit like a glove and is one of my most versatile pieces. 

Combined this outfit cost me under $20 and you would never be able to tell! Proof that it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to look polished and chic. It just takes a little patience and digging.
