Pop of Color {Ramblings on DIY Neon Tip Shoes}
A few days ago I saw these Kate Spade flats and thought they were the perfect shoes for Spring. I then remembered that I had a pair of black flats that were just gathering dust in my closet so I decided to re-create the look on my own and for much less.

| What you need {Flats, Spray pain, Masking Tape, and newspaper} |
Tape off the part you want to be colored, and cover the rest of the shoe with newspaper
Carefully spray the exposed part of the shoe
Let dry {It make take two to three coats}
Take the tape and newspaper off
A discreet pop of color for Spring
