Ever since looking at JCrew's Spring 2011 LookBook, my heart has been swooning over colored shorts. I myself have already purchase a green pair from goowill (outfit post to come), and have been itching to wear them. High-waisted seems to be the style many are taking on. I will most likely be sporting mine with a white button down. To find bold colored shorts like this at an affordable price, I would urge you to try you local thrift store!
