In need of a Change
It's been a year since I last chopped my 12 inches off my hair; since then, six inches of that has already grown back. I've been itching to cut my hair again, and I've had my eye on this image as my inspiration. I'm in love with the shoulder length tousled look. What do you think? Cut it or grow it out?

I only just cut off 3 inches of my long-ish hair and kinda regret it. Although I went for a blunt cut like the one above it feels weird on me. If you know you will take the time to tousle it and make it look good go for it! I am just to lazy for shorter hair...
