DIY Vest, Abercrombie Tank {similar style here}, Thrifted Skirt, DIY Clutch

It has been quite sometime since I have done an outfit post on here. I wore this outfit to a quick meeting the other day and I loved the mix of the military style vest with the femininity of the skirt. 

Im debating cutting my hair again and would love some feedback from my readers: should I let it grow out or cut it again?
