{Shirt: Forever21, Skirt: Goodwill}

Today's outfit post is a little different. I never seem to capture the justice of my outfits in pictures so I thought I would do a little bit of pictures and a video. The video is simple, but I am in love with pleats and just wanted to show them off! Plus, it was a beautiful windy day in AZ, which mean perfect day for a skirt! Side Note: My hair is now black!
