While everyone across the country is bundling up to avoid the bitter cold weather, Phoenicians are soaking up the sunny and 75 degree weather. These months are why we live here, and it is seriously the best time of year.

I've always been a big fan of stripes but have been trying to find a way to update and upgrade the classic look. I scored this dress during and Express sale and scored it for $25. I love how it walks the line between casual and dressy.

Only downside to this dress is it is impossible to keep it wrinkle-free.
